Proofs & Returns

A customer can request a proof for any crystal, acrylic, wood plaque, name badge or bronze casting order.

Please be aware that a proof adds 2 additional business days to the time frame of your order.

Layouts are created based on the artwork and the text that you submitted to us.

We can send a proof via fax or email.  You may also choose to come into the store to look at the proof in person.
